The Impact

In the past 10 years Teach India has transformed more than 90,000 lives by providing them with spoken English skills and also facilitating in starting their career. With a strong result-oriented approach of the Program, the learners are not only gaining confidence in communication skills but also getting job offers immediately after the completion of the course, enabling them to support their education and their family. Job fairs are organized at the end of each cycle, supporting learners in finding jobs to kick-start their career. The industry-specific curriculum and training provided in the Teach India classrooms is effective to the extent that almost 70% of the learners participating in the job fairs walk out with at least one job offer. So far, Teach India has organized more than 50 job fairs with a consistent placement record of 60-70% in each of these job fairs. The learners are placed in organizations of high repute from a variety of sectors, ranging from BPO to Quick Service Restaurants, Tourism & Hospitality to Real Estate, to Insurance & Finance.
